Mass Communication Scholarships

I want to find out the legibilty criteria for a scholarship under what you offer and also to know wether they extend as far as countries like Zambia where I am. I want to pursue a degree in Mass Communications at any University within or outside africa.

Eligibility criteria will be found in the scholarship information as 'qualifications or requirements or eligibility' as stipulated by organizations offering them and not us. The scholarship information that we have extends to all developing countries.
