General Electric Radiography Women Health & ICS Product Sales Specialist - EA Kenya Jobs


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Compiling lists of prospective customers and sales leads. Follow up as necessary
  • Working with sales leaders, other sales representatives and potential channel partners to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities
  • Providing training to all sales team members/partners on strategy and product offerings
  • Making cold calls to potential customers where required
  • Providing pricing strategy and insure pricing compliance for segment opportunities
  • Estimating date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules
  • Forecasting orders and sales of assigned territory and submit monthly report
  • Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company
  • Report clinical trend and market trend in the country(ies) of responsibility
  • Develop good long term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team and Company/GE businesses
  • Serving as client executive, responsible for overall engagement quality and relationship management at all levels
  • Lead opportunities with new pursuits and up-selling including proposal development, analysis, and project planning
  • Manage clinical discussion around our technology and solution, understand clinical practices.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or minimum 5 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field or Life Sciences field
  • At least one of the following core experiences: Minimum of 5 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas or at least 3 years commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios
  • Proven capability to interact with distributors and/or channel partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to travel extensively
  • Valid motor vehicle license

    Essential Responsibilities:

  • Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements;

    General Electric Sales Manager - Grid Solutions (Automation) Kenya Jobs

    Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze possible channels to market, identify the right partners and applications, customers (key accounts) to maximize business volume and profitability.
  • Identify any Business Development opportunity for GA solutions, including retrofit/service opportunities.
  • Promote the complete GA portfolio, for products and systems, identifying the best options for customer needs.
  • Identify spec-in opportunities and promote application with R&D and Client technicians.
  • Ensure prices are established based on target-winning price,
    with a view on market conditions (competition, customer budget).
  • Train customers on GA Automation Solutions and products and provide support to Grid Solution Regional teams in promoting digital substation solutions.
  • Participate in products events and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Use of standard Grid Automation tools such as but not limited to SPEAK, EM104 Terms and Condition.
  • Provide monthly reports on activities, and participate in Pacing calls, Budget and forecast exercises.
  • Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions and Processes.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Information Technology from an accredited university or college.
  • Min 5 years of experience in technical design and then in sales, product management, product marketing and/or technical development, in Grid Automation portfolio.
  • Willingness to travel 50% plus.

    General Electric Commercial Operations Leader Kenya Jobs

    Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Operations processes & mechanisms and coordinate their implementation
  • Support strategic imperatives (Growth,
  • Simplification & Quality) and initiatives in order to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance.
  • Track order forecasting through Siebel.

  • Support the EHS program and the follow up (EHS contractor safety / EHS training fulfillments).
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA
  • Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.

    Qualifications/Requirements:
