Application Criteria and How to Apply:

To be eligible applicants should be;

  • a South African citizen

  • of a previously disadvantaged community (i.e. African, Coloured or Indian)

  • able to demonstrate a sound academic performance during their undergraduate studies

  • able to demonstrate strong evidence of leadership potential

  • able to demonstrate a strong committment to South Africa

    Selections are made in South Africa by an independent panel that includes representatives from the Department of Education, academic institutions, the CCETSA and the business sector.

    Applications, selections and short listing are handled by Deloitte & Touche Executive Placements.
