1. Deputy Principal – BAC 11 (1 Post)
Job Specification:
A Master's degree in any of the following; Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or any other relevant and equivalent disciplines from a recognized institution.
Served as a Senior Principal Lecturer or in an equivalent grade for a minimum period of 3 years.
Evidence in research and publication in training materials.
Demonstrated a high degree of professional competence in implementation, management.
Proficiency in computer applications.
2. Lecturer - BAC 7 (3 Posts)
Job Specification:
A Bachelor degree in; Agricultural Education and Extension, Agricultural Engineering, Computer Science/ICT or any other related discipline.
Served as a Lecturer II or equivalent position for a minimum period of 3 years.
A Post graduate diploma in Education from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Demonstrated ability in work performance and results.
3. Farm Manager
Job Specification:
A Bachelor degree in any of the following; Agriculture, Agribusiness and Marketing, Agricultural Economics or nay other related fields.
Relevant working experience of 3 years on a busy farm.
Demonstrated ability in work performance and results.
Proficiency in computer applications.
4. Lecturer II – BAC 6 (7 Posts)
Job Specification:
Bachelor degree in; Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Education and Extension, Agricultural Economics/Agribusiness, Soil Science, Biotechnology or nay other related field.
5. Instructor III – BAC 4(4 Posts)
Job Specification:
Must have a diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, Laboratory Technology or nay other related field.
6. Human Resource Management Assistant II – BAC 4 (1 Post)
Job Specification:
A KCSE mean grade C- (minus) or its approved equivalent.
Diploma in Human Resource/Personnel Management or Industrial Relations from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
7. Security Officer II – BAC 4 (1 Post)
Job Specification:
A KCSE mean grade D+ or its approved equivalent.
Served for a minimum period of 3 years in a security firm.
A valid certificate of Good Conduct from Kenya Police.
A valid 2 week First Aid certificate from Kenya Red Cross or St. John’s Ambulance.
Proficiency in computer applications.
8. Accounts Assistant II – BAC 3 (2 Posts)
Job Specification:
KCSE mean grade C or its approved equivalent.
Part I of CPA or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
9. Procurement Assistant II – BAC 3 (1 Pot)
Job Specification:
A KCSE mean grade C- or its approved equivalent.
A diploma in Supplies Management or its equivalent.
Bea registered member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies (CIPS).
Proficiency in computer applications.
10. Records Management Assistant II – BAC 3 (I Post)
Job Specification:
A KCSE mean grade C or its equivalent.
A diploma in Information Science specialization in Archives and Records Management or nay other relevant and equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in computer applications.
11. Driver III- BAC 1 (1 Post)
Job Specification:
A KCSE mean grade D or its equivalent.
A valid Class A driving license free from any endorsement.
Passed the Suitability Test for Drivers Grade III from the ministry of Public works.
At least 4 years driving experience after obtaining the driving license.
A valid First Aid Certificate from Kenya Red Cross Society or St. John’s Ambulance.
A valid certificate of Good Conduct from Kenya Police.
12. Auxiliary Staff II – BAC 1 (1 Post)
Job Specification:
A KCSE mean grade D+ or its equivalent.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Terms of employment:
Deputy Principal – 3 year renewable contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Others – Permanent and Pensionable.
