Total Uganda Limited is a subsidiary of the Total Group which operates in more than 130 countries in the world.

Total Uganda has been a major player in the Oil and Gas sector in Uganda since 1955, with 157 service stations countrywide, offering a full range of petroleum products and services.

The company seeks to pre-quatifv Marketing, Advertising, Digital and Pr Agencies for the period 2019 to 2021.

Requirements

Description

  • Creative - Advertising Create. design, plan and handle advertising
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning I Develop brand/marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Digital Marketing Content creation, website content development and management, online advertising. social media marketing, marketing automation, blogging and search engine marketing
  • PR Services Protect, enhance, build value and reputation for the brand
  • Production Timely, innovative and quality production of adverts
  • Events Management
  • Events management service
  • Experiential Marketing Consumer engagements, roadshows. BTL activation and animations
  • To be eligible, the agency can be full service (to provide entire scope) or specialised in one or some of the scopes above

    Eligibility
  • Should be a legal entity and registered in Uganda
  • Should be able to construe and understand the scope in detail
  • Should have adequate experience in the field
  • Should be clean of any lawsuits
  • Should not be blacklisted as a service provider

    Relationship:
  • Should consider a monthly negotiated retainer fee or ad hoc project by project fee
  • Should have own finances or a source of credit to meet all requirements to address the scopes
