Scholarships for small businessman

I am master degree holder in Development Studies , have a small business ,from here I am not getting benefited enough as I thought earlier.

Now I have decided to study further master degree in Human Resource Management or Entrepreneurship or any professional degree so that the degree can provide me a good job in overseas .

Anxious about financing myself I do not have much money to bear educational expenses. Is it possible to get a scholarship as a small businessman ?
