Scholarship / Sponsorship: I am a diploma holder in Human Resource Management. I also have the passion to work with humanitarian agencies. For this case, I intend to enroll in a course related to peace support, humanitarian relief, and security operations at Peace Operations Training Institute - USA. Can I get a scholarship?
