Role Purpose:

The post holder provides overall programmatic and operational lead and management including; planning, implementation, capacity enhancement, monitoring/ evaluation and reporting both internally (within SCI) and externally with stakeholders.

The person is accountable for overall coordination and oversight delivery of the award to be implemented. The Program Manager may be called upon as and when necessary to support the emergency team in cases of humanitarian crisis.
