Nigeria Breweries Heineken Global Graduate Program for Young Nigerian Graduates; Applications are now open for the 2026 Nigeria Breweries Global Graduate Program. The Global Graduate Program is designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands. It consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, followed by an 18-month landing role within Nigeria Breweries.

Rotations

Rotation 1: Gain a solid foundation in your specific function within Nigeria Breweries, understanding operations, strategy, and culture.

Rotation 2: Continue in Nigeria with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas.

Rotation 3: Broaden horizons with an international assignment, enhancing global mindset and cultural adaptability.

Landing Role: Apply your learning in a management position within any of the global Operating Companies.

Requirements

Ambitious individuals passionate about building a meaningful career in one of the key functions.

Open and adventurous, ready to embrace new challenges and diverse experiences.

Demonstrate leadership potential, initiative, and ability to drive change.

Criteria & Conditions

Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits including Mathematics, English, and three other relevant subjects.

Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences related disciplines. Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Must have completed the mandatory Youth Service programme (NYSC).

No specific previous work experience required (maximum of 1-year post-graduation).

English language proficiency is essential.

Must have the right to work in Nigeria.

Must be fully globally mobile.
