Nestle CWAR National Service Personnel Programme for Ghanaian Graduates

  • Applications are now open for the 2025 Nestlé CWAR National Service Personnel programme. This role offers fresh graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience, develop key professional skills, and contribute to real-world projects that impact communities across the region.


    Position Type: Full-time

  • Minimum Educational qualification: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration , IT and Computer Science

  • Position Type: National Service Contract (12 months)

    Your responsibilities

    You will

  • Assist in day-to-day operations within your assigned department.

  • Support ongoing projects with research, analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

  • Participate in Nestlé’s training programs, learning modules and mentorship initiatives.

  • Contribute creative ideas and proactive solutions to team objectives.

  • Uphold Nestlé’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation.

    Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration, IT and Computer Science

  • Completed National service eligibility requirements (per local legislation).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, agility, and willingness to learn.

  • Analytical

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Pay attention to details

  • Ability to speak French is an added advantage.
