I was paying money for the registration of my daughter on Friday but entered less digits for the account number, which should be the index number, I entered 8 digits instead of 11.
I kindly would like your assistance. I sent money the second time which went through.
After calling Safaricom customer care they advised me to get in touch with you but your numbers have not been going through.
