KUCCPS Mpesa Transaction Validation Problem

I paid 1500 to pay-bill no. 820201. But, I got only one message that confirmed I have paid money to KUCCP student account.

I have tried to enter the transaction code. But it is not going through-they say that the code is not validated/error message so what should I do?

Answer; Give the system several hours to pick up the payment. Most people who try to enter the code immediately after making the payment receive error messages and are not able to proceed.

So, give it at least 15 minutes to several hours - or try the following day. That is why you should start the process early.

This allows the payment to be reflected in the KUCCPS system.

Remember, do not delete the Mpesa message that you receive after making the payment. Keep it for long or note the transaction code and other details before deleting.

You will need the transaction code for any changes or amendments you make for your courses.

KUCCPS MPESA Transaction Code

The KUCCPS Transaction Code is the code you receive when you pay via Mpesa. This is the code that you input in the required field then submits your application.
