KUCCPS Cut of Points

Kindly clarify to me the cut of point for 2013 programmes from the list I can see that the column for cut off mark/points indicates 2012.

Secondly from my profile I can be able to see that I qualify to be admitted in all the centers that I had previously chosen however on further scrutiny I see that my cut off mark is not within the centers am therefore unable to understand the logic behind it kindly advice before I revise my courses.

A. The cluster points for 2012 continue to be used for 2013 KCSE candidates.
