KNEC Results Cancellation

I suggest that the ministry and KNEC should formulate a different way of penalty against cheating in exams since the rule accompanying the same can give a life time frustration to affected young Kenyans.

Why can't it try just giving the results with some indication of the act of cheating which has been used to obtain the same?
