The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.

The Human Resource Officer provides advice and assistance to Section Heads and Team Leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Handling recruitment of staff, up to induction and orientation and placement at the various department.
  • Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
  • Organizing staff training sessions and activities
  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures
  • Handling staff complaints, and disciplinary procedures
  • Implementation of policies and procedures aimed at promoting staff welfare at the work place.
  • Prompt filing of employee records and maintenance of HR registry and archive.
  • Providing administrative support in the management of Learning and development programs
  • Implementing company policies and programs to ensure consistency and fairness in the provision of Human Resources services.
  • Administration of staff welfare programs such as the medical cover and Group Personal Accident schemes.
  • Administration of employee exit and related human resource issue

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
  • Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Membership of the Institute of Human Resources Management
  • Working knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relation procedures.
  • 3 years of experience in as similar position
  • Work experience in an e-commerce setting is preferable.

    Duties

  • Reprint and repack resend orders (if in bad condition).
  • Distribute packaging and printing papers.
  • Analyze daily report for verification (cartoned orders).
  • Check on abnormal in the system by off-duty (orders that are partially cartoned and picked but not verified).
  • Package and separate self-collect orders for G4S/Posta/Fargo/Kilishop from doorstep delivery orders.
  • Ensure the team follows the due process of verification and packaging.
  • Finish the tasks assigned by the team leader manager on time.
  • Assist other teams on team leader’s order, especially for picking team.
  • Follow HR policy.

    Responsibilities

  • Pick products as per description.
  • Pull products from the shelves during picking and ensure that they are not damaged.
  • Arrange of shelves and storage boxes to ensure 5s.
  • Ensure proper handling of warehouse trolleys, crates, forklifts and P.D.A (personal device assistant).
  • Safe custody of P.D.A and chargers.
  • Perform stock count duties as instructed by the team leader or manager.
  • Assist in marking and labeling of products and storage areas.
  • Ensure accuracy of all picked orders.
  • Perform any assigned duty by the supervisor with the approval of your team leader.
  • Ensure clean working area.
  • Pick and locate all product in the warehouse using a personal device assistant (P.D.A).
  • Assist other department in the warehouse to finish all backlog
