IV. Lecturers


Qualifications:
  • Ph.D Degree or have successfully defended Ph.D thesis in a recognized University with teaching experience in any of the following areas of
    specialization:
  • Spatial Planning & Management
  • Urban & Regional Planning
  • Town Planning
  • Urban Planning & Design
  • Land Use Planning & Management
  • Urban Management
  • Infrastructure / Utilities Planning & Management
  • Applicants with a Masters Degree and at least five (5) years experience in any of the aforementioned areas of specialization will be considered.
  • Applicants with University teaching experience will have an added advantage.
  • Current registration by relevant professional statutory bodies and membership in a professional association will be an added advantage.

    V. Tutorial Fellows

    Qualifications:
  • Masters in any of the following areas of specialization from a recognized university.
  • Spatial Planning & Management
  • Urban & Regional Planning
  • Town Planning
  • Urban Planning & Design
  • Land Use Planning & Management
  • Urban Management
  • Infrastructure / Utilities Planning & Management
  • Applicants must be prepared to pursue Ph.D in their areas of specialization
  • PhD Registration and university teaching experience will be an added advantage.
  • Current registration by relevant professional statutory bodies and membership in a professional association will be an added advantage.

    VI. Technician – GRADE A/B

    Qualifications:
  • KCE Div. III or KCSE mean grade C (Plain) and above.
  • At least Credit Diploma or equivalent from a recognized training institution in the following areas of specialization;
  • Geoinformatics
  • Cartography
  • Spatial Modelling & Analysis
  • Remote Sensing & GIS Applications.
  • Current registration from relevant professional statutory bodies and membership in a professional association will be an added advantage.
