KCSE Results - Omission of 1 Subject

I received my KCSE results yesterday via sms. I noticed that there was an error since I never did History in it was entered in the results as X and Agriculture was omitted and its the subject I did.

A. You need to seek clarification from KNEC no later than 4 weeks from now. According to KNEC "Parents and pupils should check the results for any anomaly such as incorrect candidate’s name, school name and code as well as wrong subject grade and report to KNEC within a month after the announcement."
