1. Engineering Maintenance Planner


Summary

Job Description
• Developing and maintaining optimal maintenance tasks on all equipment according to OEM standards.
Planning and schedule resources required for job execution.
• Managing workflow within the plant both on the ground and on SAP.
• Ensuring SAP master data integrity is maintained and perform SAP housekeeping routines.
• Analysing maintenance data and develop corrective actions.
• Managing repairs & maintenance costs within budget.
• Driving execution through TPM and ensure compliance to standards

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of plant & equipment operation and maintenance.
• Thorough understanding of RCM strategy and implementation at different levels.
• 3 years experience in an FMCG environment.
• Outstanding planning and organization skills, and excellent team player.
• ISO systems understanding & a passion for Continuous Improvement.
• Strong computer skills is required. SAP experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of TPM principles. Demonstrated exposure will be an added advantage.

2. Electrical Technician

Job Description
• Execution of planned maintenance activities in accordance to OEM specifications.
• Developing and execute effective maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
• Attending to any breakdowns on these equipment and ensure root cause analysis is done and actions closed.
• Optimizing reliability and performance through reliability centred maintenance (PM,CBM and RTF),autonomous maintenance, innovation and technology
• Supporting SHEQ standards to drive safe working practices as per KORE and legal requirements.
• Applying TPM methodology in maintaining the machines and problem solving

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrated understanding of fasteners, lubrication systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, drives and gear boxes (for mechanical technician)
• Demonstrated experience in automation and HMI proficiency, advanced understanding of Siemens PLCs, Servo motors and Sinamics drives. (for electrical technicians)

4. Engineering Stores Clerk

Job Description
This role will be based in Nairobi Bottlers Embakasi, Kenya. The successful incumbent will report to the Engineering Stores Controller and the main purpose of the role is to run the maintenance stores in order to support maintenance execution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be:
1. To ensure 5S standards are maintained in the Engineering Stores.
2.To ensure proper receipt, binning and issuing of machinery spare parts.
3.To ensure stock take is done within the required cycle, as per procedures.
4.To ensure proper management of tools from the stores.
5. To ensure fuel management routines are carried out according to laid down procedures.
6.To ensure that all transaction documents are well archived for easy retrieval.

Skills, Experience & Education
We are interested in candidates with:
a) Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical).
b) Experience in stores / materials management is an added advantage.
c) Knowledge in SAP Materials Management is an added advantage.
d) Must have outstanding organizing and analytical skills.
e) Demonstrate understanding of occupational health & safety.
f) Have a passion on Continuous Improvement.
g) 2 years experience in an FMCG set up is an added advantage.
