Bio medical technical training

I am from Sri Lanka, working as a Bio medical technician, in government sector, I have 8 years working experience as a Bio medical technician, I have a university diploma in Engineering Technology and Skill Craftsman Electrical Certificate,
still I haven't got any Bio medical training from any institute but I have to involve may medical equipment belongs to hospital.
Please show me the way to scholarship for the Bio medical training program, it will help me to serve my country in my best than this
