Here’s where you come in:

As Team Leader, Food and Cash Based Programs, WV Uganda, you will provide strategic leadership, representation, technical management and coordination to the World Vision Uganda food and cash assistance project, funded by WFP.

Requirements include:

  • University degree.
  • Requires at least five years’ experience in both humanitarian emergency and community development.
  • Experience in developing and implementing all types of food programming (GFD, FFE, FFA, SFP, Cash transfers).
  • Affinity to development.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong networking skills.
    Proven ability in relating with national staff and governmental authorities.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
