Key qualification, knowledge and experience

Bachelors Degree in Commerce (accounting or finance options) or business administration (accounting option).

Diploma in Co-op Management or Diploma in Banking is an added advantage from a recognized institution or its equivalent

CPA(K) or equivalent qualification from a recognized in Kenya

Registered as a member with the institute of certified public accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) or other relevant professional bodies
at least 5 years working experience in relevant position

A higher degree of initiative , analytical thinking attention to detail and self driven
good interpersonal and communicational skills
IT use skill with working knowledge of computerized financial system.

A Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field from a recognized University
CPA(at least Part 2 )

Diploma in Co-op management is an added advantage from recognized institution or its equivalent

Associate of Kenya Institute of Bankers (AKIB) or Associates of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) qualification will be an added advantage

At least 5 years’ relevant experience at a managerial level in a

banking environment

Demonstrate leadership and management skills

A person of integrity, a team player with effective communication skills

Proficiency in computer skills
