University Scholarship for Universities in U.S.A and UK

I am a Kenyan by nationality.

I scored a B plain in my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examination and I would like to pursue an undergraduate course in the humanities and social sciences faculty in a university in U.S.A or the UK; as a strategy in my long term goal to find solutions to the problems that we face as third world countries in Africa.

I am not able to pay for my full course.

Can I get a scholarship?
