I am an instructor at Mekelle university Ethiopia and i had the admission letter from Katholiek university of Lueven for a one year masters program in industrial management but I have no idea where i can find the money to conduct the study. do you have any idea where I can find these scholarships and grants other than VLIR so that I can conduct the study in Belgium?

VLIR offers the best source of funding for Belgium. You could also try DAAD etc.
