  • A clean valid driving license class A/B/C/E w the PSV endorsement.
  • Certificate of good conduct.
  • Basic first aid training

  • Motor Vehicle mechanics trade test III will be an added advantage

  • Must be a member of a relevant  professional body
  • Must be conversant with Public Procurement Procedures
  • Must be computer literate

  • University   degree   in   civil/structural   engineering from the University of Nairobi or any 
    other recognized University.

    Appointment to this position will be on a three years performance based contract renewable on 
    mutual understanding.

    Requirements for Appointment
  • At least Diploma in Architectural or Building & Civil Engineering
  • 5 Years experience in a busy architectural consulting office
  • Should be able to prepare & present design pr posals using Computer Aided Design (ARCHICAD), 
    AUTOCAD, rendering software and other design software as well as traditional drawing methods.
  • Experience in model making 
  • Able to operate a plotter and blue printing machine
