Udergraduates and Certificates

Thank you for continuing to give us fantastic scholarships. However, me as an African and a Ugandan in particular I have failed to get the necessary scholarship. I was of the view therefore that you dig deeply for the information concerning other institutions which award diplomas and undergraduate scholarships.

Otherwise I am thankful for what you normally give us in terms of scholarships.
