Job Description

Manage the clearance work (on sea and air import) properly from ERCA and other jobs assigned

Manage shipping process from ESLSE

Manage others permission application from the government office

Manage all shipping documentation is correct and proceed in a timely manner

Preparing efficiently and effectively the necessary documents on all shipping requirements

Undertake proper filing activities like printing, checking documents and data cleaning and preparation of records for easy reference

Communicate effectively with staffs and immediate team leader

Generate reports to the logistics team leader

Job Requirements

BA degree in logistics & supply chain management or any other business field

Experience (1 +-2 ) after graduation

Excel and word ability should be good for daily report preparation purpose

Competencies:

Advanced ability to multi-task

Accurate data entry skills

Be able to speak and read English fluently

Good analytical and negotiating skills

Good knowledge of computer management & application
