Suitability for Sponsorship

I come from a not well up family where I am struggling to have education. Am in college doing General Agriculture module two. The funds I had accrued for that purpose dried up and now am seeking for sponsorship.

Am I elligible to get sponsorship considering the fact that I only have a form four certificate?
