Secondary Education Funds

We are in the Uk and have been supporting a family in Kenya. The girl from that family performed well in her primary education final exam. The parents are not able to fund for her education. Iwould like to apply for a scholarship on behalf of the girl. Can you please advise us on the best way to go about this.
