Searching for Dissertation Grant Support

I am self funded doctoral student in the University of South Africa from Ethiopia. I am just now doing my thesis on the subject of public administration. I planned to submit the thesis to the University before June, 2014. While I am planning so, I am faced some financial shortage. So I am critically in need of research supporting funds.
