Scholarships in USA in ECE?

I am now third year in Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE).I am left only with one year to be graduated in that field in first degree. But I am from a poor family and developing country, Ethiopia, in Africa. But what I want to ask is I want to do my masters degree in that field in USA institutions but as mentioned above my capacity can't afford, so can you give me a detailed information the way I can achieve what I want.
