Scholarships in Pilot Courses

I applied for Private Pilot course at Phoenex East Aviation in Canada. I did provide them with every document they asked me to. They also told me to provide my bank statement that will show that I have money to finance my course so that they can prepare my visa. I cannot finance myself for the course and also living expenses. How can I get a scholarship to pursue my dream?
