Scholarships in Belgium

I have secured an admission in a university in Belgium but unfortunately I have failed to raise money for tuition.

I have money for my travel costs and living expenses.

The tution is €558 per year.

Is there anyone who is willing to give me a hand?

The course is starting mid September 2008.
