Scholarships & Grants Application

I would request to know the fate of my scholarship that I applied last month after being advertised in the daily nation. Secondly, I have been trying to apply for a scholarship online but have been facing difficulties especially when it comes to the zip code, cell and phone number being too short. Would you please advice how possible I can successfully apply? Looking forward for your timely reply.
