Scholarships For Study in Africa

I am a Ugandan National aged 24yrs and I completed my first Degree in Arts with Education. I'm looking for a scholarship that will cater for full tuition fee for Masters of Arts with Education in East Africa at any University.
Please may you keep me inform incase you know of one and the procedures of applying for it.
