Scholarships for Study in Africa

I have been browsing your site for some time but I still do not find scholarship that its requirement suits my qualification.

I am a holder of certificate in accounting (acca)

I also have knowledge and experience in computer engineering since I studied computer engineering some two years ago but did not write exams because of exam fees.

This happened because my father passed away at around same time of exams

How can I find a scholarship?
