When you do not get a reply from an institution you are applying to, does it mean you have not being granted the scholarship?



Most probably yes. Most sponsors only communicate to those who have successfully been granted funding.

However, if you do not get a reply, it is wise to apply for other suitable scholarships and even re-apply if possible.
