Scholarships and Grants

I would like to do my masters degree in Water and Environmental Engineering or Hydro power Engineering and Management.

However, i haven't got a scholarship neither a university to study from but would like to study from Norway, Uk or Japan.

I need assistance in as far as this is concerned on getting the university and the scholarship because i can not afford.

I completed a Bachelors Degree in Civil and Building Engineering from Kyambogo University,Uganda in year 2006.
