Scholarships and Grants

I am Felix Kelvin Magezi of Tanzania, Currently living and studying in Uganda for my Undergraduate degree.
Unfortunately coming next year it will be hard for me to continue with my studies because I am lacking tuition fees, is it possible that I could get $1000 for my academic year and the rest I will take care of them?
