Scholarships and Grants for Secondary Schools

I really enjoy receiving updates of scholarships and grants. My first question is : For those who can't afford to pay for secondary schools, and those at college, is it possible to find scholarships and grants for them. Many didn't attain the required grade to join University but they are enrolled in college, is it possible for them to get scholarships?

I am doing distance learning in Journalism but had to postpone my payment since I currently cannot be able to afford. So are there scholarships for distance learning students?
