Scholarships and Financial assistance

I secured a place to study at The Catholic University of Malawi. I have failed to start schooling because of financial problem. my question is: Is it possible to have scholarship if someone has been admitted at certain university of his/her on country?

I want to study at Catholic University of Malawi but i am failing to do so due to problem mentioned above . If possible please assist me. I want to study Development Studies. I have a diploma in Monitoring and evaluation.
