Scholarship to Study in Singapore

I find Singapore to be an attractive location to pursue my masters degree.

It is a developing country at an extremely high rate within the last decade not to mention way cheaper for international students than Europe.

Hopefully I can get ideas to initiate my country, Kenya to follow the same path.

Any suggestions for scholarships/grants available for me to study computer/information systems in Singapore?
