What are the conditions upon which you grant support to a person who is in genuine need of financial assistance to pursue a course? I need help to proceed with my studies.

The conditions/qualifications/requirements for one to be considered for funding is laid out by the sponsors and they vary depending on the type of scholarship and institution. Therefore I cannot give you a definite answer as we do not sponsor ourselves.
