How can I apply for these scholarships? What are the basic requirements in order to obtain a scholarship? How best can I do in order to get a scholarship. Thanks.

That will be very much dependent on the scholarship you are applying for. Different scholarships have different requirements and you have to go by what is stated as the qualification features. All you have to do for now is search and select those that qualify you for funding, application guidelines are usually given as well.
