Scholarship Opportunities

I am a ugandan male holding a Diploma in Environmental Science which I acquired some few years ago.

I Would like to pursue a degree course but given the fact that I have been out of school for some years it is kind of hard because they give first priority to high school leavers.

Is there anyway you could guide me on how to go about this to get a scholarship to pursue my degree?
