Scholarship in Public Health

I am an Egyptian physician with a masters degree in public health(subspeciality: nutrition, grade: excellent). I am studying for my PhD. There are some administrative difficulties holding my progress. I would like to know about any opportunity to get a scholarship related to nutrition or public health.
