Scholarship in England and Netherlands

I'm a Kenyan born, aged 29 years old. I have done CPA courses up to level II and MICM(Grad)-K(Graduate of Credit Mgt), and would like to further my studies in either of the above countries. I have no start up money but if given chance to start, I can work and finance the remaining years. Please can I get information about college/university scholarships in England and Netherlands?
