Scholarship for US Immigrants

I am a Kenyan citizen, who immigrated to the USA
under the DV (Green Card ) visa. I was previously working in Kenya but currently is yet to find a job. I wish to get a scholarship to advance my education especially in Shipping, Clearing and Forwarding at Port. I do not have a degree but wish to get one. How can I go about this and what are the requirements?
