Scholarship for Undergraduate Student

I am from Ghana and I got admission in University of Canberra, Australia to study Bsc Biomedical Science for three years. The program is starting February but I don't have any scholarship and the tuition fees, accommodation are beyond what I can afford. Do you have or know of a particular scholarship that can help me?
