Scholarship for Male Students in Ghana

I have a young Ghanaian friend who is very eager, motivated, and deserving of any opportunity that might be available to him. He is at the top of his class and a year ahead for his age (he is 15), but has few resources to really make the most of his skill-set. I would appreciate an e-mail address that I might forward him so that he can inquire further about any scholarships that he would be eligible to apply for.
