I have a poor GPA of 2.20 and I am a bachelor degree holder of Science in Management.

Can I rely gain a scholarship with this GPA?

Scholarship eligibility criteria is given by the grant sponsors and they vary depending on various factors.

I cannot point out whether or not you can get awarded unless you thoroughly search and find out if there is any grant qualifying you for funding.
